* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 419 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cheyenne, Cheyenne Regional Airport, North Cheyenne, Ranchettes, Fox Farm-College, Frontier Park, South Cheyenne, South Greeley Highway, Warren AFB and Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
