ADDITIONAL DETAILS
At 300 PM AKDT, public reports continued minor flooding in the region. High water and heavy ice runs along the Yukon River and Koyukuk River will result in minor flooding impacts in Galena and Koyukuk. River Watch reports the Yukon River breakup front is approaching Grayling. The Yukon River gage at Galena is reporting 124.5 feet as of 0730 AM AKDT Saturday May 16th which is in the minor flooding category. Http://www.weather.gov/aprfc
