* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Cullman County in north central Alabama... Southeastern Madison County in north central Alabama... Southeastern Morgan County in north central Alabama... DeKalb County in northeastern Alabama... Southern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama... Marshall County in northeastern Alabama... * WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 248 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain is ending. However, flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
