Northern Morgan County in north central Alabama... Northwestern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama... Northwestern Marshall County in northeastern Alabama... Northeastern Lawrence County in northwestern Alabama... * WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 129 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in Broadcast media recently reported that Church Street in Decatur was impassable due to high water. due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
