* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Mohave County in northwestern Arizona... East Central Clark County in southern Nevada... * WHEN...Until 345 AM PDT /345 AM MST/ Tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of washes and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 941 PM PDT /941 PM MST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
