For the Upper Rio Grande River...including Del Norte, Alamosa...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rio Grande at Alamosa. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Minor flooding. Minor agricultural flooding in low lying areas along the river * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 7:30 PM MDT Saturday the stage was 5.9 feet. Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 9.4 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall to flood stage early Tuesday morning. It will rise to 9.1 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
