* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...West Central Montezuma County in southwestern Colorado... Southeastern San Juan County in southeastern Utah... * WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 623 PM MDT, River gages indicate high flow through McElmo Canyon and water levels continue to rise. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cortez and Aneth. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
