...The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Florida... Shoal River Near Crestview affecting Okaloosa County. For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From Saturday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flooding becomes a threat to the Trevor Court and Rattlesnake Bluff areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 8:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.9 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Saturday evening and continue rising to a crest of 10.9 feet early Monday morning.
