...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties.* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.1 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
