Illinois River at Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass Counties. .River levels continue to slowly fall, but moderate flooding will continue at Havana and Beardstown through the holiday weekend. The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
