Wabash River at Hutsonville down to Mount Carmel. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Indiana... White River at Elliston. .Flooding has ended on the White River at Elliston and Edwardsport. Minor flooding continues tonight on the White River from Petersburg down to the Wabash...and on the Wabash River from the Hutsonville area down to Mount Carmel...where minor flooding began early Tuesday evening. Tonight...the White crest will pass Petersburg...while the Wabash crest passes Vincennes.
