Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen which has led to creeks and streams rising out of their banks and water on some roadways. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
