* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Effingham County. * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 625 AM CDT, Doppler radar showed that storms had finally moved east of the area, but reports indicate a number of areas still seeing standing water from the earlier rain, especially near Effingham and Teutopolis. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Effingham, Teutopolis, Dieterich, Montrose, Heartville and Effingham County Airport. This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 between mile markers 94 and 104. Interstate 57 between mile markers 160 and 167.
