Spoon River at Seville affecting Fulton County. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Spoon River at Seville. * WHEN...From Saturday evening to Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Residences in Bernadotte begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 2:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.2 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 24.8 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon. Flood stage is 22.0 feet. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
