...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Illinois... La Moine River at Colmar affecting McDonough and Hancock Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Water affects lower roads around Birmingham. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 6:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.2 feet. Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning and crest at 23.0 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
