Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Where: A portion of central Illinois, including the following county, McLean. When: Until noon CDT Sunday.

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following county, McLean. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this evening and overnight in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomington, Normal, Le Roy, Heyworth, Danvers, Downs, McLean, Stanford, Ellsworth, Central Illinois Regional Airport, Shirley, Holder and Moraine View State Park. This includes the following State Parks... Moraine View State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 74 between mile markers 123 and 155.
