...The National Weather Service in Lincoln IL has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Illinois... Mackinaw River near Congerville affecting Tazewell, McLean and Woodford Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mackinaw River near Congerville. * WHEN...From this evening to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 12:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.9 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 14.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. Flood stage is 13.0 feet. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
