Mackinaw River near Congerville affecting McLean, Tazewell and Woodford Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mackinaw River near Congerville. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 13.9 feet this morning, then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
