Hamilton County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 749 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lebanon, Zionsville, Westfield, Cicero, Fortville, Whitestown, Sheridan, Arcadia, Thorntown, Jamestown, Atlanta, Advance, Ulen and Morse Reservoir. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
