* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Morgan County in central Indiana... Brown County in south central Indiana... Northern Monroe County in south central Indiana... Northeastern Clay County in west central Indiana... Northeastern Owen County in west central Indiana... Southern Putnam County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 753 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
