South Fork Wildcat Creek near Lafayette. .Heavy rainfall Wednesday night has led to minor flooding along the South Fork Wildcat Creek near Lafayette until tomorrow morning. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Wildcat Creek near Lafayette. * WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Creek at flood stage. Water over banks and affecting agricultural land and low residential areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 9:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet. Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 AM EDT Thursday was 10.0 feet. Forecast...The river will rise to 10.5 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall late this afternoon. It will rise to 10.6 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
