* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Fayette County in east central Indiana... Southeastern Union County in east central Indiana... Eastern Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northeastern Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana... Eastern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... West Central Butler County in southwestern Ohio... Darke County in west central Ohio... Western Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Preble County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1130 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include...
