* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Fayette County in east central Indiana... Southwestern Union County in east central Indiana... Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 103 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Metamora, Bunker Hill, Brownsville, Laurel, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Everton, Mounds State Recreation Area, Alpine, Alquina, Dunlapsville and Nulltown.
