* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Fayette County in east central Indiana... Union County in east central Indiana... Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 658 PM EDT, emergency management and local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 6 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Local law enforcement and emergency management reported that flooding is occurring near Connersville, Brownsville, and surrounding areas. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Liberty, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Lake Santee, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Metamora, Bunker Hill, Brownsville, Laurel, Scipio, College Corner, Cedar Grove and Mount Carmel.
