Wayne County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 105 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Franklin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Economy, Mount Auburn, Jacksonburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg and Beesons.
