White River at Spencer. .Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall over the last couple of days with additional light to moderate rainfall throughout the day today will bring widespread minor lowland river flooding to central and southern Indiana. Isolated moderate flooding is possible. More rounds of rainfall going into and through the holiday weekend could make the flooding last longer and bring higher crests.
