* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Hamilton County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 245 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 841 AM EDT, river gauge reports indicated flooding is ongoing on Cicero Creek in the warned area. The stage at crest on Cicero Creek at Arcadia will be much lower than what was seen over last weekend. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
