Northern Marion County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 254 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from thunderstorms earlier today. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Lawrence, Brownsburg, Speedway, Meridian Hills, Clermont, Rocky Ripple, Williams Creek, Wynnedale, Spring Hill, Crows Nest, North Crows Nest, Broad Ripple, Indiana State Fairgrounds, Castleton, Eagle Creek Reservoir and Geist Reservoir. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
