* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Madison County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding near Frankton. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1248 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Frankton and Orestes. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
