At 1257 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
