* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Ripley County in southeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 107 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Milan, Sunman, Ballstown, Penntown, Olean, Friendship and Cross Plains.
