* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Rush County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 231 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Flooding is occurring along the Flatrock River, but is expected to crest much lower than last week.
