* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Rush County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1136 PM EDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms Wednesday. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rushville, Knightstown, Carthage, Milroy, Glenwood, Arlington, Mays, New Salem, Manilla and Moscow. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
