* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Shelby County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 821 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms from earlier during the day. Flooding is already occurring. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen.
