* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Warren County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 933 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. An upgrade to a Flash Flood Warning may be necessary later tonight if any additional rainfall is excessive. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Williamsport, West Lebanon, Tab, Pence and Rainsville. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
