Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. .Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of recurring thunderstorms over the same area. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, River Road at Bluffton begins to flood. Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 6:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 11.0 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
