* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1238 AM EDT, the public reported flooding in Fleming-Neon. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Letcher, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Van, Jeremiah, Isom, Hot Spot, Premium, Trailer, Tillie, Sackett, David, Oscaloosa, Carbon Glow, Crown and Amelia.
