In northern Maryland, Baltimore and Baltimore City. * WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 716 PM EDT, emergency management reports flooding continues in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, but flood waters are slowly receding.
