At 109 AM CDT, the public reported flooding in the warned area. Widespread rainfall totals of 3 to 8 inches have occurred, leading to numerous reports of flooding, especially in Harrison and Grundy counties. Several rural roads have been closed. Please use extreme caution traveling in the warned area this morning. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
