...The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri... Moniteau Creek near Fayette affecting Howard County. Petite Saline Creek near Boonville affecting Cooper County. This product along with additional weather and stream information is available at www.weather.gov/kc/. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Moniteau Creek near Fayette. * WHEN...From this morning to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Low-lying fields along Moniteau Creek flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 12:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.5 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 18.8 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
