* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 836 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across portions of the warned area. Between 0.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Several low lying locations have already seen flooding this morning before those flood waters receded. Additional heavy rainfall will cause ponding of water in low lying areas making some roads impassable. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, South Brunswick, Ewing, West Deptford, Princeton, Bellmawr, Yeadon and Woodbury. This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 20 and 25...and between mile markers 60 and 76. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and 351. Interstate 195 in New Jersey near mile marker 0. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 13 and 40. Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4. Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 1 and 3.
