* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Mercer County in central New Jersey... Southwestern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey... Southwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey... Southern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey... North Central Burlington County in southern New Jersey... Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Eastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 807 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
