* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central New Jersey, including the following county, Mercer and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following county, Bucks. * WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1157 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bensalem, Bristol, Newtown, Tullytown, Langhorne and Levittown. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
