Bulletin details

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central New York, including the following counties, Albany and Schenectady. * WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 555 AM EDT, Law enforcement reports roads closed due to flooding from yesterday's heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Albany, Schenectady, Rotterdam, Scotia, Delmar, Duanesburg, Westerlo, Ravena, Voorheesville, Altamont, Feura Bush, Selkirk, East Glenville, New Scotland, Coeymans, Princetown, Clarksville, New Salem, Wolf Hill and Thatcher State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
