* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Schoharie Creek at Breakabeen. * WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, There is about a foot of water on low parts of Route 30. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 10:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 4.5 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 13.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. Flood stage is 11.0 feet. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
