* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Esopus Creek at Cold Brook. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water reaches roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 10:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 13.2 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
