* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... Southern Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 545 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Heavy rain has ended across the area. However, light to moderate rainfall early this evening, in combination with runoff from the previous heavy rainfall, will result in continued flooding of mainly larger creeks and some rivers in the warned area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 4 and 6 inches of rain has fallen since midnight last night which resulted in flooding of numerous structures, vehicles, and roads. Responding officials and residents should remain vigilant tonight for lingering flooding of roads and low-lying locations. In addition, the automated gauge on Sunday Creek at Glouster was in moderate flood with a stage reading of 16.2 feet and slowly cresting. At this stage several roads in Glouster are flooded including OH Route 13 near Glouster Memorial Park, West Main Street, South Town Street, and Oakdale Road. In Trimble, portions of Center Street and OH Route 13 are flooded. In Jacksonville, Palmer Street is flooded. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
