* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. This includes Federal Creek which may be out of its banks in some locations and flooding adjacent roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen from thunderstorms that moved across the area last night. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
