* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1055 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing with several roads reported closed. Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicate between 1.75 and 2 inches of rain have fell earlier this morning. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chesterhill, Jacksonville, Trimble, Amesville, Bartlett and Burr Oak State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
