The Flood Warning will expire at 1115 AM EDT this morning for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe and Noble and West Virginia, including the following areas, Marshall and Wetzel. The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
